The Institutional Educational Project (PEI) is the document in which we establish the main computer of the educational institution, the corporate identity of our school and the plans that we will carry out. In it, we state our history, theoretical framework and pedagogical objectives.
It lists a list of rights and duties for both students and parents. In this way, we are able to guarantee the integral formation of the girls and fulfill our objective as an educational institution.
We prioritize the face-to-face education modality since the highest peaks of the pandemic have been overcome and the National and District Governments have declared face-to-face attendance to be mandatory.
As an educational institution committed to the care of children and adolescents, Colegio Santa Maria has developed its child protection policy which is considered strictly enforced by the entire community.
For us, the most important thing is to educate our girls in values and principles, among which responsibility and compliance stand out. We strive to ensure that they always attend the CSM with the desire to learn and be better every day. However, we understand that there are special commitments that must be attended to during school hours, which is why this permission policy was created.
The Ethics Manual of Colegio Santa Maria aims to ensure that the set of principles and values that govern our institution, such as the values of honesty and integrity, are embodied in the daily activities of our community.
The College adopts this internal manual of policies and procedures to ensure proper compliance with Law 1581 of 2012 and, in particular, for the attention of inquiries and complaints by the owners of personal data.
A field trip is understood as any activity carried out with students outside the school premises, on behalf of the school. These outings, regardless of their duration, shall be governed by the following regulations, which involve the guidelines established in Ministerial Directives No. 08 of June 12, 2009, No. 30 of December 31, 2009 and No. 55 of December 18, 2014 issued by the Ministry of Education, as well as the different provisions of the Secretary of Education of Bogota.
