Santa Maria School

Below you will find the step-by-step process of our admissions process, which is totally personalized, being this a decisive step to know and understand the expectations of each family interested in being part of our community.

Likewise, if you require further information, we will be attentive and willing to answer your questions at 320 389 8964 and 300 877 6527 (call or WhatsApp), or PBX 6714440 ext. 112 in the city of Bogota.

You must fill in all the required fields in the form that you will find in this section and send it as indicated. This form will be received by the School's Admissions Coordination Office, which will contact you immediately by telephone and/or e-mail, in order to confirm the dates on which informative meetings will be held to learn about our pedagogical model and the scope of our educational project.

Appointments will be confirmed at a time previously agreed with each family, between 8:00 am and 2:30 pm Monday through Friday. At the end of the informative meeting, the folder with the registration form, costs and application requirements will be delivered/sent. On the same day the guided visit, interview and Play Day can be scheduled through the following channels: Directly with the person who conducts the briefing before the end of the meeting; email; cell phones 3203898964 and 3008776527 (call or WhatsApp) or PBX 671440 ext 112. In case of requiring attention or information in a different schedule to the one indicated, you must communicate directly with the school through the options mentioned above.

It will take place during the hours agreed upon with each of the families, between 8:00 am and 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

The Play Day is carried out by the Early Childhood Director and consists of a playful activity in which the development and skills for the age of the girls are evidenced. It is a space created exclusively for them to have fun, learn and discover.

Guided tours and Play Days are face-to-face and can take place on the same day between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm, Monday through Friday, which will be agreed and defined directly with each family.

In some cases, if required, Play Days may be held in the Kindergartens, which would be subject to conditions and the authorization of the parents and the institution. Each case will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

The Admissions Committee will analyze each of the applications and the results of the process to give a final answer by means of a physical letter sent to the residence and/or to the parents' e-mail, within a maximum period of 8 (eight) working days after the interview and Play Day, and once the documentation is complete and duly filled out.

The steps to be followed will be sent as an attachment to the letter mentioned above.
